Sasha does not directly collect personal information from users. However, we use third-party services for advertising and analytics purposes, which may collect certain information as described below.

Children's Privacy: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 years of age without parental consent. We ensure the rights of legal representatives of children under 14, including the right to access, correct, delete, and request cessation of processing of children's personal information.

For EU/EEA Residents: If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

Sasha automatically collects information through advertising identifiers and analytics SDKs.

How to Opt-Out:

  • iOS Users: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > Turn off Personalized Ads
  • Ad Tracking: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
  • Complete Opt-Out: Uninstall the app

Sasha implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including:

  • Use of trusted third-party services (Google)
  • Encryption of data in transit
  • Regular security assessments
  • Limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis

4. 사용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법

사용자는 언제든지 사샤 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, iOS 설정에서 광고 추적을 제한할 수 있습니다.

법정대리인의 동의 없이 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 사샤 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 법정대리인의 법령상의 권리를 보장합니다. (아동의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정·삭제, 개인정보처리정지요구권)

5. 인터넷 접속정보파일 등 개인정보를 자동으로 수집하는 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부사항

사샤 서비스는 광고 식별자를 통해 개인정보를 자동으로 수집하고 있습니다. 사용자는 기기 설정을 통해 광고 추적을 제한할 수 있습니다.

6. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치

사샤 서비스는 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제28조제1항에 따른 "개인정보의 기술적·관리적 보호조치 기준"을 준수합니다.
